WHAT IS Strength School?
Strength School is a comprehensive strength program designed to enhance the fundamental and advanced qualities of improving overall strength, connective tissue strength, high velocity strength, and muscular endurance. This class is comprised of a
loaded dynamic warm up that is specifically created to prepare athletes for weight room activities.
The strength portion of the session will be focused on weight room and conditioning that is biased and appropriate for the targeted ages.
An element of stamina and energy system development is a major priority of this program. All elements of conditioning will be addressed in specific and various dosages.
