WHAT IS Power School?
Power School is a comprehensive rotational biased program designed to enhance the fundamental qualities of improving rotational movement force and capacity. This class is comprised of a
Dynamic warm up that is specifically created to improve trunk range of motion, hip mobility and rotational stability.
The power section will include reactive quickness drills, explosive, elastic, and reactive throwing activities.
Movement training will be biased toward running at high velocity in an angular speed and rotation speed with particular focus on body lean and sway control.
WHO IS POWER SCHOOL FOR?
Power School is for you if you want to increase your rotational force and agility.
If you want to enhance your ability to generate force and power in rotational and multidirectional movements.
If you want to develop lower and upper body power to throw, swing, kick, or cut harder.
If you need to increase swing speed (exit velocity, club head speed, service velocity, etc.) or if you want to decrease multidirectional event times (Pro-Agility, L-Drill, Lane Agility, 5-10-5 Agility, etc.)
WHAT TO EXPECT?

Rotational throwing power development.
Reactive agility and change of direction enhancement.
