WHAT IS JUMP SCHOOL?
Jump School is a complete program aimed at boosting explosive movement abilities. It features a dynamic warm-up designed to teach skills for better jumping. The power section includes drills for quickness and various jumping exercises. Strength training focuses on increasing force development, using plyometric exercises and high-velocity movements with weights.
WHO IS JUMP SCHOOL FOR?
Jump School is for you if you want to maximize your explosive jumping ability.
If you’re aiming to jump with greater explosiveness and maximize your ability to apply your power.
If you want to develop sound jumping and landing mechanics as well as reactive quickness to be explosive on the court, field, or track.
If you need to increase your jumping height/distance or if you want to decrease reactive foot work and quickness.
